Today was Sophia's Valentine's Day class party at school. I love that SSH encourages parents to attend the parties and volunteer to help with the activities. Today I helped with the face painting station, but they also had art, reading and snack stations that each class rotated through.
This caterpillar on a pencil is from one of the art stations...
They were all excited to ice their own sugar cookies at the snack station...
and even more excited to eat them!
On the days that they have holiday parties the kids don't have to wear their mandatory uniforms, which is a nice change. I snapped a quick picture of Sophia's class before they went outside, but I think there may be one or two extras kids in the pic :-) Haha!
We are so thankful that Sophia loves her school so much!!!
