We had a beautiful mermaid and an adorable little golfer at our house for Halloween this year! Sophia loves to pretend that she's a mermaid when we are swimming so when I saw this costume I HAD to get it. It's so cute and you can even swim in it! The only problem was that it is SO tight on the legs (especially calves) that she had a really hard time walking. A lot of the houses in our neighborhood have steps up to the front door and it was quite a sight seeing her try to maneuver them. We have a video and it is HYSTERICAL :-) Luckily Daddy saved the day and carried her form house to house. Haha! :-)
Carsten stayed in the stroller and watched the big kids until the very end. We let him get out and trick-or-treat the last couple houses and he LOVED it. I didn't know he was going to get SO into it or I would have let him do more houses. He kept saying "tic a teet'. So sweet :-) All the pics of the whole group of kids are on my iPhone so I will have to add them later. We had quite a large group! SO thankful for our new neighborhood friends! :-)
Typical… S is enjoying a piece of Halloween candy and Carsten is messing with my fall decor :-)
And seriously… how amazing do my flowers look for almost November?!
Those kids are pretty cute too :-)
This was definitely her favorite costume so far!
