How in the world has it been a year since our sweet boy was born?! Carsten melted my heart the moment I saw him and it has never been the same. He has been the most perfect angel baby and never even makes a peep. He is soooo patient, has such a calm demeanor and is the most cuddly, little snuggle bug you have ever seen. Physical touch will definitely be one of his love languages. From birth he has wanted to be held close (skin to skin preferably), and selfishly I love it so much. Sophia was a much more independent baby and liked to snuggle (especially pre/post-sleeping), but she didn't need it like Carsten does. It definitely fills his love tank :-) He has been such a ray of sunlight the last year and it makes my heart burst thinking about how much I love him.
We had such an amazing day celebrating our little love!
