It was a gorgeous outside today so we went for a bike ride around the neighborhood. We only made it around the loop twice because this pregnant Mama was hot and tired. Being 38 weeks pregnant is hard work even when you're not walking in 95 degree heat :-)

On another note... Sophia is sooooo excited to be a big sister! She asked to make a 'count-down chart' a couple months ago and every night we mark another day off the chart. It's so crazy that tonight we will mark off '12'. Ahhhhh! Only 11 more days?! Where in the world did this pregnancy go?
S has been talking about baby Carsten nonstop lately. All the things she wants to teach him, show him, etc. Soooo sweet! I thought her excitement would wear off by the time he got here, but it hasn't at all. She is thrilled to be his big sister :-)
Daddy had to work late the other night so we had a Mommy-Daughter dessert date! Those have become pretty common lately :-)
