Sophia's 2nd Birthday Celebration!

We can't believe our baby is two years old! It seems like just yesterday sweet Sophia came into the world and changed our lives forever.  She is our sunshine and we thank God for her everyday. We can't wait to see what amazing things God has in store for her.  We're confident that she will accomplish great things with her sweet, kind heart and charismatic, passionate personality.  Everyone that hears her laugh comments on what an adorable belly laugh it is.  We should record it more often because it truly is music to our ears.  Happy birthday to our sweet angel Sophia!  Mommy and Daddy love you more than you will ever know.

We celebrated our sweet Sophia's second year with a birthday party full of her favorite things: her favorite food (Fuzzy's), her favorite activity (the bounce house) and some of her favorite friends.  A couple weeks before her birthday, she started requesting Fuzzy's Taco shop quite frequently, and every time she would say, "It is my favorite!".  So of course we had to have them cater her party :-)

Last year she was not at all interested in the cake, and this year she devoured it!  Unfortunately, her body had a hard time processing such a large amount of sugar, and let's just say I'm SO glad she is potty trained! Now every time we talk about a party or someones birthday, she asks, "And then I get cake?".  Lucky for her we have a lot of birthday celebrations coming up!

Aren't the cupcakes cute?

She definitely enjoyed her cake this year ;-)

She has been singing the "Happy Birthday" song to herself for about a month!

She LOVES to blow out candles!

You can see her really concentrating :-)

Ready to eat the cake!

She did not want to get her hands dirty so she asked for a fork.  So funny!

Much better!

The girls really enjoyed the bounce house.

Making sure everyone lined the shoes up the right way.  There is no doubt that she is my child ;-)
This was after Daddy dumped a whole bottle of water on her to keep her cool.  It was sweltering!
Can you see her matted, wet hair?  At least she is cool ;-)
These cookies were the party favors
So cute and yummy!
The sticker on the back coordinated with her invitations (and of course her outfit!)
