Neighborhood Halloween Fun!

After Sophia finished performing at First Fest we hurried home for trick-or-treating.  If you read this blog at all you know that we love, love, love our neighborhood!  The primary reason is because of the amazing people that live here.  We have grown close to many of our wonderful neighbors over the last three and a half years, and what a blessing they are in our lives.  Rarely does a week go by without an offer for dinner,  surprise baked goods left on our front porch or impromptu get together/ play date.  Did I mention that several of the families have children Sophia's age?  She loves being able to just walk a few feet to see her friends and I love the convenience of it :-)  God knew exactly what He was doing by leading us to this neighborhood.  It is perfect for this season in our lives.

Can you tell Sophia was sooooo excited to show her friends her butterfly costume!  She ran the whole way down to meet them :-)

Ready to start trick-or-treating!

These three girls were pretty much professional trick-or-treaters...

I love these neighbors even more now that they have this in their yard... Go Cowboys!

These two cuties decided to take a rest because their candy bags were so heavy.  Haha!  :-)

Cora, Sophia, Haley and Sofie before the festivities began :-)

What a precious butterfly :-)

Love our sweet, little family!
