After getting a couple soccer games under her belt, I think that Miss Sophia has decided that she is the team cheerleader. Yep, that's right. While she is supposed to be playing (aka chasing the ball up and down the field with the other kids) she is standing in the middle of the field cheering her team on. Oh yes, she makes up cheers for her team, complete with motions and kicks/jumps. Occasionally she even yells reminders about which way to kick the ball. Haha! I'm not sure that Sophia has actually ever even seen a cheerleader (even on tv) so the fact that she knows what cheerleaders do has surprised us a bit. I think that this is just the way she is wired :-) I love the fact that she doesn't care that she's the only one doing it. She just keeps on cheering :-) Love that girl!
Today's game was extra fun because Aunt Chelsea and two of her friends came to watch and then we all went to lunch. Sophia was so excited! I don't know how I missed getting their picture together :-/ It was also team picture day for the league so I made sure I brought my camera too. This team pic was my favorite because most of the kids are looking/smiling, but what in the world is Sophia looking at?! Seriously? Too funny! I'm pretty sure the kid that was supposed to be in the bottom row, right side took off running right before these were taken. Haha! It was interesting to say the least.

Sophia asked me to take a picture of her and her 'best friends'. They are actually Coach Zach's kids and S was slightly obsessed with Ryan (in the black shirt). I'm pretty sure that if she could drive, she would have stalked his house. Haha!
