Sophia's First Hair Cut!

I've been putting off Sophia's first hair cut for some time now.  If I'm being honest I would probably say that she could have used a haircut 6 + months ago.  It made me sad to think about cutting off her sweet, curly locks of newborn hair.  It was her last tie to being a 'baby', and I just couldn't let go yet.

I finally made an appointment and took her to Miss M, who also cuts my hair.  I was a little nervous about how she would act, but she was an absolute angel.  Every person that walked by commented on how good she was being.  She followed all of M's directions (look up, look down, etc.), and was her sweet, charming self.  Needless to say, I was super proud of her and I was able to snap some pics to document the occasion.  After about 20 minutes M finished up her hair cut, and I rewarded Sophia with a sucker during her blow-dry.  Her hair looks so much healthier, and I absolutely love her new bob!  Too adorable!

Funny story... I never realized how many tattoos M had until I started looking through these pictures.  I think it's because she normally has long sleeved shirts on.  Thank goodness Sophia didn't ask her why she colored on her arms.  Haha ;-)
